Job Responsibilities:

3 plus years of related experience in a HPE suite monitoring environment Hands on Experience in OMi Sitescope NNM BSM monitoring tool Good experience on OMi Distributed and HA environment setup and same knowledge about Sitescope failure environment Good understanding of event filter and email notification rule configuration
Operation Agent installation and configuration remotely Strong understanding of policy configuration and customization in OMi Sitescope custom template creation and deployment Good knowledge on NNM Excellent troubleshooting skill as a tools admin specially having knowledge on Operation agent OA OMi SiteScope and NNM applications Sitescope nodes connection issue UCMDB discovery issues
Strong understanding of different between Agent and agent less concept on OMi and Sitescope Strong knowledge on SNMP traps configuration on BSM connector Good knowledge on event correlation concept
Develop workflows process and programmable automation procedures Work individually or as part of a team to deliver on assigned projects and tasks Proactively identify gaps risks and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them Provide advanced troubleshooting through proven technical expertise
Manage the change incident and problem queue within ITIL framework Responsible for handling P1 Major Incident and Escalated Issue Collaboration with all the Domain leads to manage the Monitoring requirements through deployed Tools
