Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our academic team and create a nurturing learning environment for young children. - Previous experience working with children in a Montessori setting (preferred).

Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Management

Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.

Organize the classroom layout, learning materials, and Montessori tools to encourage self-learning and exploration.

Ensure that all activities and lessons are conducted in alignment with Montessori principles.

Observe and track children’s behavior, participation, and progress.
2. Montessori Teaching & Learning

Design and implement Montessori-based lesson plans for early learners.

Introduce children to practical life skills, sensorial activities, language, mathematics, and cultural studies using Montessori materials.

Encourage hands-on learning through structured and unstructured activities.

Support the holistic development of children — cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.
3. Student Development & Assessment

Assess each child’s individual learning needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

Maintain student observation reports, attendance records, and progress reports.

Provide additional support to children requiring special attention.

Foster curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking in students.
4. Parent Interaction & Collaboration
-
Regularly update parents on their child’s progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.

Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and interactive sessions.

Guide parents on how they can support their child’s learning at home.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents to create a supportive learning ecosystem.
5. Teamwork & Coordination

Work closely with other teachers, assistants, and academic coordinators to plan effective teaching strategies.

Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and workshops.

Assist in organizing school events, cultural programs, and exhibitions.
6. Administrative & Compliance Duties
-
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

Ensure compliance with the school’s policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards.

Stay updated on new teaching methods, educational tools, and Montessori innovations.
