Key Responsibilities

Child-Centered Teaching

Guide children individually and in groups to explore learning materials.

Observe each child’s progress, interests, and developmental needs.

Encourage independence, self-confidence, and problem-solving skills in children.

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

Develop lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and child development goals.

Introduce activities in practical life, sensorial, math, language, and cultural studies.

Integrate creative arts, storytelling, music, and outdoor activities into daily lessons.

Observation & Assessment
-
Track each child’s academic, emotional, and social progress.

Provide feedback to parents on their child’s development.

Adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs and strengths.

Parent Engagement
-
Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, progress reports, and updates.

Involve parents in school activities, workshops, and events.

Provide guidance to parents on supporting Montessori learning at home.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with co-teachers and assistants to maintain a smooth classroom routine.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the school’s Montessori program.
