Job Description
• Perform assembly tasks for EV vehicle Motor in compliance with the standard
operating procedures (SOPs).

• Operate special-purpose machines and mechanical assembly tools as part of
the production process.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or

• Ensure that all assembly procedures are performed in adherence to quality
standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct in-process inspections to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformities.
• Accurately update daily production reports, tracking progress and outputs
against targets.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to highlight any challenges
or areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Motor Assembly:
-
Assemble electric motors (AC/DC, induction, or custom-designed) using tools, fixtures, and machinery.

Follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions accurately.

Align and fit stators, rotors, shafts, bearings, end shields, fans, and housing components.
Component Inspection & Quality Control:
-
Inspect all parts before and after assembly for damage, proper fitting, or tolerance issues.

Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure component accuracy.

Conduct functional tests after assembly (e.g., rotation test, insulation resistance, continuity check).
Tools & Equipment Handling:
-
Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, press machines, and power tools as needed.

Safely use lifting tools or hoists to move heavy motor parts (with support or training if required).
Documentation & Reporting:
-
Fill out assembly checklists, test reports, and production logs as per company standards.

Report faulty components, process delays, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Maintenance & Housekeeping:

Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, machines, and the work area.
-
Follow workplace hygiene, 5S, and organizational safety standards.
