Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Know intricacies of Windows, Browsers, various MS Office applications
Offer 8 AM-8 PM Online telephonic support to MS Office users – mostly professionals of corporates and executives in government
Log and document the day’s queries, solutions and other information Qualifications and Skills Must possess excellent knowledge in the POWER use of Window-10, MS Office, MS Outlook, power surfing, etc.
You will have to pass a tough screening. You must have proficiency in speaking English and Hindi or Gujarati Languages.
You must be a thoroughly organized person with polished etiquette and a pleasant temperament.

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
