Your Role and Responsibilities
- MS SQL performance tuning
- Monitor for Performance, System health of MS SQL database and Windows Server
- MS SQL Patching and Windows OS Patching knowledge
- Knowledge on Security patches for MS SQL and Windows OS
- MS SQL Server Security (Schema/Logins/Privilege Mapping)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Oracle and SQL Server – 4 Years of experience
- Solid MS SQL database and administration fundamentals
- Experience with managing large volume databases for both OLTP and OLAP environment
- Experience with database performance tuning, backup and recovery using and high availability concepts
- Experience supporting reporting development teams is desirable
- Knowledge on My SQL and Oracle will be an added advantage
