Job Description

Providing administrative support to various departments, handling office documents and files, assisting with day-to-day operations, maintaining office cleanliness, supporting higher officials with tasks, managing visitor reception, coordinating events, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors; essentially acting as a versatile support staff member across different functions within an organization.

Responsibilities:

Clerical work: Maintain records, draft letters, and prepare documents

Cleaning: Clean and maintain office areas, including rooms, fixtures, and buildings

Maintenance: Maintain the landscape, including parks, lawns, and potted plants

Running errands: Deliver messages, carry files, and complete tasks assigned by higher-level staff

Basic accounting: Maintain financial records and prepare simple reports

Opening and closing: Open and close rooms, windows, and fans

Photocopying: Photocopy documents and send faxes
