Myntra Marketplace / E commerce Manager Job in Zarf Studios at Panipat

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand's Myntra marketplace business and other relevant marketplaces.
• Own marketplace sales, revenue, GMV and growth targets.
• Manage complete product listing and cataloging, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing and content.
• Monitor and optimize SKU performance, inventory, availability and stock levels.
• Manage marketplace pricing, discounts, offers and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute Myntra campaigns and marketplace promotions.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue, GMV, orders, conversion and SKU performance.
• Identify underperforming products and implement actions to improve sales and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product content, inventory, dispatch, operations and customer-related issues.
• Monitor marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, RTO and other operational metrics.
• Maintain marketplace dashboards and prepare regular performance reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers/support teams to resolve operational and commercial issues.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches, assortment expansion and marketplace growth.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, assortment and marketplace trends.
