What is Mystery Shopping? 

• Mystery shopping is a method used externally by market research companies to measure quality of service, or compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. 
• The Mystery Shopper's specific identity and purpose are generally not known by the establishment being evaluated. 
• Mystery Shoppers perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints, or behaving in a certain way, and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
• In case of ROYAL ENFLIED, you will be asked to pose as a potential Customer and enquire about specific bike models at their Stores and/or get your Royal Enfield Bike serviced to gauge the quality of customer service provided at the ROYAL ENFIELD Service Centre. 
• Post your visit, you will have to provide all your feedback on an objective questionnaire which will be made available to you.

• Visit  and sign up as a New Shopper - Select your country of residence and proceed to enter your basic information and sign up. It's that easy! 
• Do ensure you check your Inbox/Spam Box for our system generated verification email. After verifying your email address, log in again and complete the details requested in the 'Extended Shopper Profile' - including the Bank Details/Paypal details to enable us to pay you for your assignments.
