Job Description
1. Post Name: Driver (Reserved for ST Category)
2. Description: Looking for a skilled Driver who can drive HMV/LMV i.e. Bus and Car
3. Profile Summary: To Drive office vehicles by following stipulated rules and regulations with ensuring safety of passengers, public and vehicle
4. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Basic knowledge of preventive/breakdown maintenance of vehicles
b. Knowledge of traffic/safety rules and regulations.
c. Knowledge of routes to important destinations within/outside city
d. Maintain proper personal hygiene, courteous and no vices like smoking, chewing ghutka etc.
e. Maintaining log book, filling fuel as per requirement and submitting log book to Administration Group periodically for checking
f. Obtaining PUC on time and keeping vehicle documents i.e. copy of RC, Insurance, vehicle manual in safe custody.
g. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
h. Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others.
i. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
j. Ability to lift weight of 20-30 kg
5. Qualification & Experience: 10th pass with minimum 5 years’ experience of driving Bus/Car/Commercial vehicle. Must have a valid Indian Driving Licence and Bus Badge for Driving Heavy vehicles with no major violations (Reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene, accidents etc.) The candidate must have a Bus Badge for Driving Heavy Vehicles
6. Location: Anand
7. Other Essential attributes and skills: Positive attitude, professional appearance, ability to navigate efficiently, strong customer service orientation.
8. The position is on fixed term appointment for a period of 5 years.
9. The position is reserved for candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe Category
10. Location: Anand, Gujarat and the candidate should be ready to work anywhere in India.
