Salary: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)
Job Description And Responsibilities: Director (Technical) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/ she acts as Head of the Projects/ Technical/ Operations Division of the Company. His/ her principal responsibility is to exercise control over the efficient operation of the plants of the Company in a manner which would ensure optimum utilization of resources. He/ she also acts as Principal Adviser of the Company in all Technical and Operational matters.
Qualification: The applicant should be an engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Applicants with MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage.
Experience: The applicant should have technical/ operational experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in major production/ manufacturing sector. Experience in plant operation/ maintenance/ project management/ technical services especially in Fertilizer industry is desirable.
Age Limit: Age of superannuation 60 years. Internal: Min - 45. Max - 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. Others: Min - 45. Max - 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.

NFL was incorporated on 23rd August 1974 with two manufacturing Units at Bathinda and Panipat. Subsequently, on the reorganization of Fertilizer group of Companies in 1978, the Nangal Unit of Fertilizer Corporation of India came under the NFL fold. The Company expanded its installed capacity in 1988 by installing and commissioning of its Vijaipur gas based Plant in Madhya Pradesh.
