Scientist-C (Medical)
/1 (OBC)


Essential Qualification MBBS Degree with Post Graduate qualification (MD/DNB/MPH/MAE) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute with one (1) year R&D / teaching experience in Community Medicine (Preventive & Social Medicine) / Paediatrics / General Medicine / Epidemiology / Public Health.

OR MBBS Degree with Postgraduate diploma qualification in Community Medicine (Preventive & Social Medicine) / Epidemiology / Public Health / Child Health from a recognized University / Institute with two (2) years R&D / teaching experience in the above subjects. OR MBBS Degree recognized by MCI or equivalent Degree from a recognized University / Institute with four (4) years R&D / teaching experience in Community Medicine (Preventive & Social Medicine) / Paediatrics Epidemiology / Public Health after obtaining MBBS Degree. Desirable Qualification and Experience a) Additional Postdoctoral research/ teaching experience in above subjects in recognized institute (s) b) Knowledge of MS Office and statistical Packages.

Salary : Rs.59,10

Post graduate degree (MD/DNB) in community medicine/Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health recognized by the Medical Council of India with one year R&D/teaching experience. OR MBBS degree recognized by MCI with Post graduate diploma in Public Health/Epidemiology with 2 years R&D/teaching experience. Scientist-B (Medical) MBBS or 1st class Master’s degree in Public Health/Epidemiology from a recognized university. Desirable Qualification and Experience  Research experience in field based health related projects;  Experience in data analysis using statistical software;  Knowledge of computer applications; Ability to read and write Hindi;

Scientist-C (Medical): Consolidated salary of Rs.59,108/- + HRA per month.

Desirable Qualification and Experience (i) Doctorate in Statistics / Biostatistics from a recognised University / Institute (s) in case of (a) above. (ii) Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in Statistics / Biostatistics in recognized institute(s) (iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management. (iv) Two years R & D in health research / Teaching experience in Statistics / Biostatistics after obtaining essential qualification .

Data entry operator (B) / 1-OBC

Essential Qualification A) 12th Pass in Science Stream with Mathematics as a subject from recognized board, or DOEACC ‘A’ level from a recognized institute and 2 years experience in EDP work in Govt., Autonomous, PSU, or recognized institution Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application/IT/ Computer Science from a recognized Institution/ University. B) A speed test of not less than 8,000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer Desirable Qualification and Experience Conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, Excel and simple statistical packages.
