Management Trainee (Finance) recruitment in National Projects Construction Corporation Limited.
Eligibility : The requisite educational qualification CMA (from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or /CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ or MBA (Finance) qualification from an Indian University/Institute recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)/University Grants Commission (UGC).
The required educational qualification should be from regular college and not through correspondence or through distance education mode.Candidates from Public Sector Enterprise/Government/Quasi Government should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.Wherever CGPA/OGPA or grading system in a degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute.

Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000
CA/ ICWA/ Two years full time MBA(Finance) MBA Degrees like MBA (Finance +HR), MBA (Finance + Marketing) etc., will not be considered.
Age: 27 Years
The candidate will have to produce a copy of these norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of interview.
Method of Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on merit/ marks of online written examination. The on-line examination is likely to be conducted on 25 Sept 2016.

Location of online Written Examination:Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati & Mumbai.
Service and Agreement Bond: Selected candidates, while joining the post of Management Trainee(Finance), will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond for a total value of Rs. 1,00,000/- to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of their training.
Training and Probation: Candidates selected for the above posts will be required to undergo on the job training for a period of six months. On successful completion of six months training period, they shall be absorbed in E-1 Grade as Deputy Manager(Finance) at various works/related assignment in respective fields in the pay scale of Rs.16,400-40,500 (IDA) and shall be placed under probation for a period of one year from the date of absorption in E-1 Grade. Selected candidates on joining as Management Trainee(Finance) in NPCC are required to undergo training/work in any Unit/Area/Place situated in India.
