Applications are invited to attend Interview online/offline for the following posts under ICAR Project "Consortium Research Platform on Agrobiodiversity" at ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR). New Delhi. The positions arc of temporary nature and co- terminus with the project i.e. upto March. 2026

6. Essential: Graduate in Life Science/Botany/Agriculture/bio- technology, from reputed College/University with proficiency in typing and knowledge of computers (MS word, Excel, Access. Power point, Internet, Email).
7. Desirable: Experience in stenography and knowledge of Hindi typing.

In an unprecedented initiative, NBPGR, for the first time, has characterized and evaluated (preliminary) entire germplasm of wheat (22000 accessions comprising T. aestivum, T. durum and T. dicoccum) conserved in the National Genebank, at three locations in during Rabi 2011-12. At CCS HAU, Hisar, the wheat accessions have been characterized under optimum conditions. Data on 32 agro-morphological characters are used to develop a core-set.
