Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to deliver high-quality training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. The role involves both theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations, ensuring participants gain a strong foundation and hands-on expertise across multiple NDT techniques.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of Training: Conduct comprehensive theory and practical sessions in various NDT methods, including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
Course Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate participant understanding and competency, ensuring training objectives are met.
Preparation of Training Materials: Develop and maintain clear, engaging, and industry-relevant training materials such as manuals, presentations, and case studies.
Organization of Training Programs: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, ensuring resources, facilities, and equipment are effectively managed.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning training delivery with customer requirements and industry standards.
Validation of Training Samples: Review and validate training samples and exercises to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
Strong knowledge of NDT methods and industry standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Experience in customer engagement and training validation.
