Job description :

  • Provide support to the clients pre sales and after sales.
  • Support professionals help troubleshoot and solve software problems for customers via email, over the phone , inbuilt software chats, or even in person. 
  • Researching the root cause of customer problems and bringing it to the attention of the appropriate department.
  • Continuous follow up on open issues and provide customers with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address customer questions and concerns.

Requirements: 

  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.Proficient in Internet, e mail.The ability to work well in teams, prioritize tasks and juggle different tasks simultaneously.
