Job description :
- Provide support to the clients pre sales and after sales.
- Support professionals help troubleshoot and solve software problems for customers via email, over the phone , inbuilt software chats, or even in person.
- Researching the root cause of customer problems and bringing it to the attention of the appropriate department.
- Continuous follow up on open issues and provide customers with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address customer questions and concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills.
- Good Communication Skills.Proficient in Internet, e mail.The ability to work well in teams, prioritize tasks and juggle different tasks simultaneously.

About Company
Infopark located at Kochi, is the new IT Park being developed by the Government of Kerala. To set up this project, Government has transferred 100 acres of land which is now under the ownership and possession of Infoparks Kerala, which is an independent Society fully owned by the Government.
