Job Description
We are looking to hire a .Net Core developer with Strong ASP.Net MVC and Business analyst experience. This developer will provide support for existing systems and will work closely with stakeholders and software architects to design solutions that satisfy both business and technical requirements while employing best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Researches, writes, gathers, organizes, and edits content that can be repurposed for use as product technical documents, training materials, guides, proposals, and reports.
- Provides technical edits to engineering documentation, software documentation, manuals, reports, or any other documents or presentations
- Works with other members of the department to plan and schedule projects and with other department staff to ensure consistent and accurate information.
- Utilizes strong writing, editing, and communication skills to analyze and present complex information in a format that is easy to read and understand
- May participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Gathers user feedback and enhances the usability of software by choosing the content and media most appropriate to the respective user audience.
- Produces content that conforms to established guidelines and best practices.
- Proofreads and copyedits content for proper use of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Tests of content for accuracy and usability.
- Assists in improving and documenting departmental processes and style guide.
- Maintains a knowledge base of accurate and approved content.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in English, Technical Writing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- A minimum of one year of experience producing online help systems or other web-based content preferred.
- Experience or education in information systems, business processes, and/or software development preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of Agile development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal English language skills (grammar, syntax, usage, and style issues).
- Ability to write technical content clearly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Technical Communication Suite or equivalent products required.
- Experience collaborating with developers, testers, and business analysts to develop and publish technical content
