Job Role: .Net Junior Developer

Requirements
1. Candidate should have strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

2. Self-motivated with clear visions and goals
3. Technologically advanced and quick learner, able to work on technically challenging projects.

4. Fluent in any one programming language.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Understand product specifications and user psychology
2. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

3. Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products

4. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
5. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
6. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

7. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

8. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

9. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
