Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in .NET technologies
- Strong expertise in **ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API**
- Front-end skills with **Angular / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3**
- Hands-on experience with **SQL Server / Oracle**
- Exposure to **Azure / AWS** is a plus
- Agile/Scrum project experience preferred
- Good communication & analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design and Development
-
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services and tools as needed.

Write clean, modular, well-documented code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
2. Technical Leadership
-
Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to evaluate requirements and propose technical solutions.

Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing.

Participate in architectural discussions and help influence technology direction and implementation strategies.
3. Database and Data Management
-
Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

Work with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or other ORM frameworks for data access.

Ensure proper data validation, integrity, and performance tuning of database operations.
4. DevOps and Deployment
-
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using Azure or AWS (preferred Azure).

Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
5. Documentation and Reporting
-
Create technical documentation, including system design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides.

Prepare reports, status updates, and timelines for project stakeholders.

Ensure traceability of requirements to design and implementation.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance
-
Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.

Work closely with QA teams to identify bugs, track issues, and ensure high software quality standards.

Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
