JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As part of our Enterprise Architecture Consulting practice, you will work on defining and delivering small/large transformation programs for global customers. 
• You will be focusing on large and strategic deals/programs that have been shortlisted by KAT Enterprise as must wins and will work closely with the deal, account sales and delivery teams to drive solution for small/large and complex programs during pre sales stage, own the entire solution-end-to-end in multi-tower pursuits, advise clients on best fit technologies, products and platforms, lead future state solution architecture definition and provide technology leadership. 
  
• You will identify technology big bets, develop solution propositions around them. 
• In addition to this, you will also network and collaborate with CTO, Delivery Managers and project Managers of client organizations, develop viewpoints on industry and technology trends influencing enterprise architecture, publish and speak in reputed industry and partner forums.

• Must have experience with .NET technologies
  
• Expertise in .NET technologies, Windows, Web component and web service development -Requirements Gathering, Estimations, Design and Architecture, Reviews
  
• Knowledge of Product Implementation, customization, product life cycle processes
  
• Agile methodologies (Scrum Master preferred)
  
• Experience in C#, ASP .NET, HTML5,CSS3, WCF and WPF
  
• Must have worked on MS visual Studio 2010 or higher version, Toad, SQL Developer etc
  
• Experience in Design and Architecture of DB, Web services(REST & SOAP)
  
• Experience with Data Analytics: Big data, ZoomData, Hadoop, machine learning, text analytics, Tableau
  
• More than 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the conceptualizing, detailing and delivering large Digital & IT Transformation programs
  
• Should have personally lead & delivered one or more transformation or complex program successfully with tangible business outcomes
  
• Should have very good understanding of the Industry Trends, Transformation Approaches, Estimation and commercial costing models and should have applied one or more of these frameworks in practice
  
• Should have technology breadth (covering Infrastructure, integration, information mgmt., applications, business processes, channels and security) and depth in more of these areas to drive end to end technology solution
  
• Should be able to do rough order of magnitude estimation and costing to determine the high level TCO for large programs, and also guide other solution leads on specific solution areas
  
• Should have understanding of different commercial and licensing models Should have high level business and process understanding of one of the industries Financial Services domain, Manufacturing or Agriculture and Retail, Logistics, Healthcare and Lifesciences, Telco, Resource and Energy
  
• Should have very good communication and articulation skills and is able to communicate with right level of abstraction and detail when interacting with C Middle mgmt. and developers Good to Have Skills & Experience
  
• Should have deep technology expertise in one or more areas (Infrastructure/cloud, Digital/Mobility, BPM/Integration, Application development, BI/Big Data, Security etc..) and should be able to have deep dive discussions with SME’s in this space
  
• Should have zero distance to code and be able review the detailed design, code, configuration, data model and provide specific inputs to the architects and developers
