Job Description
2+ years of NOC/Service Desk experience with enterprise network monitoring.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, HP OBM, BMC, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Windows Server basics, and ticketing tools.
Experience in incident management, network troubleshooting, ISP coordination, and ITIL processes.
CCNA/ITIL certification preferred; willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
