# Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, & Resolving day to day IT issues, User support, Windows server support, Desktop troubleshooting.
# Network-related troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of OSI Layer, Protocol (ARP, TCP/IP, ICMP), Ethernet 802.11, sub netting.
# Basic knowledge in switching (802.1q, STP, LACP), routing (RIP, EI GRP, OSPF, VRRP, BGP)
# Understanding customer queries, able to analyze the issue & provide prompt solutions

#Working knowledge of network security, intrusion detection systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies, and networking protocols including SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SNMP.
