Network Admin Job in OpenTeQ technology at Gurgaon-Others, Hyderabad-Others, Pune-Others, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Pune

Job description : 

• Works independently in troubleshooting and providing technical and developer support for products/solutions via email, chat, etc. in 24*7 environments.
• Typically interact with systems administration teams at client locations or the monitoring team.
• Troubleshoots and maintains the WAN network consisting of multiple MPLS links, WAN links from different service providers connecting to ISPs and clients.
• Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of routers and switches (primarily Cisco devices), Firewalls devices including Sonicwall, Juniper SRX and Palo AltoDesign, implement and manage the LAN, MPLS WAN setup.
• Ensure all network design documentation are updated in the systems.
•  Setup, manage and maintain Wireless networks for office using Cisco Wireless products.
• Manage a large LAN deployment with more than 2000 end points.

Technical Skills required :

•  L3 switching & routing experience on Cisco platform
• Cisco Meraki
•  Cisco Firewalls & Iron port
•  Monitoring tools like SolarWinds
• ·Palo Alto enterprise next generation firewall experience
• F5 Load balance experience
•  Bluecat DNS service experience
• SSL, IPSec and SD WAN technologies
• Incident management and Problem Management
•  IT service management (Firemon / ServiceNow)
•  Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience in enterprise networks.
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA), CCNA / CCNP , F5 Big IP 200 series certified will be a added advantage.
• Open to work in rotational shifts 24*7*365 days.
