Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Installation & Configuration

Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Set up network servers, IP addressing, and access control policies.

Ensure secure and efficient data transmission across the network.
2. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and security threats.

Identify and resolve connectivity issues, system failures, and network downtime.

Implement troubleshooting procedures to prevent recurring issues.
3. Security & Data Protection

Configure firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

Monitor for cybersecurity threats and unauthorized access.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
4. Server & Cloud Management (if applicable)

Maintain and manage servers, cloud storage, and backup systems.

Optimize network resources for scalability and efficiency.

Assist in cloud migration and hybrid network management.
5. Documentation & IT Support

Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and incident reports.

Provide technical support to employees regarding network access issues.

Train staff on network security best practices.
