Job Description

Network Ctrl/Admin Professional I – Tier 1 (NOC)

  • 2+ years of NOC/Service Desk experience with enterprise network monitoring.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, HP OBM, BMC, or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Windows Server basics, and ticketing tools.

  • Experience in incident management, network troubleshooting, ISP coordination, and ITIL processes.

  • CCNA/ITIL certification preferred; willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
