Job Description
Responsibilities of IT Network Engineer:
1.Project network related content implementation scheme planning, implementation, configuration and optimization;
2. assist to complete the project network related data and acceptance work and customer training;
3. with the project network related basic equipment selection and program planning;
Requirements :Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
* Good in communication (verbal & written) technical support
* Drivers Installation & configuration
* Configuration & troubleshooting MS- outlook, outlook express and exchange mail.
* Installation-Window-7 & Window-8, Window-10 & 11
* Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365)
* Installation &Troubleshooting of operating system
* Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance
* Should have experience in Desktop Support...or Computer hardware & Networking
* Networking Maintenance
* Network Design As per requirement
Networking
• Basic TCP/IP knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Virtualization tools (VMware)
• Basic practical knowledge of Unix/Linux
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing skills
1. Major in computer science, college degree or above, 1 year or above experience in enterprise network system architecture planning, design, implementation and maintenance;
2. Understand the mainstream routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, internet behavior management equipment and other equipment of Huawei, Cisco, Huasan, Shanxi and other manufacturers, and be able to debug and optimize the configuration;
3.With rich experience in network trouble shooting and solving, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. clear thinking, strong communication and expression skills, dedication, love post, good team spirit and psychological quality;
CCNP, CCIE, HCIE equivalent or above certificate is preferred;
