Network Support - Job Description

Responsible for Network uptime and Security.
Assist in Administer, deploy of Firewall, Router, Switches, Dialer.
Knowledge on configuring VLAN, L2 Switch Management.
ISP and PRI Vendor Coordination and Management.
Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issues.
Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol,
Basic system troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of system.
Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
Maintain complete technical documentation.

Desired Profile/Skills

Any Technical Degree
Any Relevant Technical Courses (CCNA / equivalent)
0-2 years of work experience in IT (Relative experience preferred).
Good level of written communication skills and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Two Wheeler Preferred
Male candidates only
