Network Support   -  Job Description
  • Responsible for Network uptime and Security.
  • Assist in Administer, deploy of Firewall, Router, Switches, Dialer.
  • Knowledge on configuring VLAN, L2 Switch Management.
  • ISP and PRI Vendor Coordination and Management.
  • Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issues.
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol,
  • Basic system troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of system.
  • Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
  • Maintain complete technical documentation.
Desired Profile/Skills
  • Any Technical Degree
  • Any Relevant Technical Courses (CCNA / equivalent)
  • 0-2 years of work experience in IT (Relative experience preferred).
  • Good level of written communication skills and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Two Wheeler Preferred
  • Male candidates only
