- Routing & Switching – hands-on configuration & installation
- Firewall configuration & installation
- Problem identification & trouble shooting skill
- Good exposure in networking protocols like TCP / IP / VLANs / VPNs / MPLS IPSec / OSPF / BGP / SMTP / DNS, etc.
- Knowledge in networking diagram / design
- Networking related certification in Cisco / HP is preferred
- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
