Job Description
· Understands and applies extensive knowledge of information technology and associated tools and methodologies of network. In-depth knowledge on VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, IGMP, HSRP/VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, Multicast, SDN, SDWAN, SDA, Wireless Technology, ACI, SDA etc.
· L2 level support and Minimum 5+ years of experience on configuration and troubleshooting of ACI, SDN, SDA, SD-WAN, Cloud ,Wireless Technology(Cisco and Aruba), Extreme Fabric, Avaya, Nexus 9k , 7k, 5K ,VDC, VPC, Cisco Firewalls, FortiGate Firewall, SonicWall Firewalls, Blade Chassis, F5 Load Balancers , Radware, Cisco ACI knowledge, Network tools SolarWinds, DNAC, APIC and VMs.
· L1 level support and Minimum 4+ years of experience on configuration and troubleshooting of SDN, SDA, SD-WAN, Cloud, Wireless Technology(Cisco and Aruba), Extreme Fabric, Avaya, Nexus 9k , 7k, 5K ,VDC, VPC, Cisco Firewalls, FortiGate Firewall, SonicWall Firewalls, Blade Chassis, F5 Load Balancers , Radware, Cisco ACI knowledge, SDA, Wi-Fi, Network tools SolarWinds, DNAC,APIC and VMs.
· Degree or Engineering from any University discipline.
· CCNA certification for L1
· CCNA Certification and CCNP Certification or Knowledge for L2
· Resources should possess good communication and analytical skills
· Resources should understand the ITIL process.
· Mobile/Data Card facility to be provided by vendor to resource
