About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take responsibility for the alarm monitoring, L1 fault management, coordination, management, and execution of field services activities
2. Support other service functions (SF) in operations and engineering when in-site activities are performed to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available
3. Perform to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
