Job Description

We are looking for a Network Field Engineer to join our team ANR Communication Network to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of networking concepts, hardware installation, LAN/WAN configurations, and IT infrastructure. The Network Field Engineer will also be responsible for diagnosing connectivity issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring systems meet organizational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems and security tools
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum 12th pass. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN, CCTV installation, OFC Splicing and diagnostic tools is essential.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network topologies.
Experience with installation and configuration of routers, switches, access points (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as crimping tools, LAN testers, and cable tracing equipment.
Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and wireless network security protocols.
Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and technical manuals.
