Job Description
General & Security Responsibilities
Maintain and record all documentation and connectivity maps for the LAN/WAN environment.
Perform daily health checks and weekly configuration backups for all network devices.
Perform IOS or firmware upgrades on Security devices.
Administer all locations and IDC firewalls.
Conduct basic administration and maintenance of all information security components, devices, and hosted services.
Monitor security gateway and security device logs.
Participate in change management processes, including firewall/proxy policy administration and monitoring.
Join customer discussion meetings to understand requirements and provide security solutions.
VoIP & Voice Network Responsibilities
Provide in-depth experience and support level knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP), Voice routing, and switching architecture.
Support and troubleshoot UCS servers, Voice, and Analog Gateways.
Work hands-on with technologies like CUCM 11.x, Unity 11.x, CUPS & CER 11.x, and protocols such as H323, MGCP, and SIP.
Manage and configure SIP trunks, call queues, hunt groups, and extensions.
Utilize troubleshooting tools like RTMT, Translator-X, and Wireshark.
