Network Operations Center (noc) Engineer
Responsibilities
- Handling all clients, managing their operations and network.
- Support, configuration, maintenance and upgrading of all networks and infrastructures
- Testing the destinations with appropriate route and checking the voice quality using the device X-lite, mobile dialer and soft phone.
- Strong skills in working with clients and communication- Ability to multi-task- Creatively solve problems
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience: 0-1 year
Shift:
- Night Shift
Laptop and wifi is mandatory
