NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Overall Production Systems and Operation by Monitoring, Troubleshooting and taking appropriate Actions
- Need to Work in Shifts and follows defined Protocals to acheive goals and other task related deadlines
- Takes ownerships of tasks by ensuring its SLA, closure and pushes for results
- Keep check on overall change management cycle and gatekeeps systems related activities
- Produces quantitative data and report metrics for validation and service improvements
- Communicates and maintains relationship across teams and organisation
