Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Overall Production Systems and Operation by Monitoring, Troubleshooting and taking appropriate Actions
  • Need to Work in Shifts and follows defined Protocals to acheive goals and other task related deadlines
  • Takes ownerships of tasks by ensuring its SLA, closure and pushes for results
  • Keep check on overall change management cycle and gatekeeps systems related activities
  • Produces quantitative data and report metrics for validation and service improvements
  • Communicates and maintains relationship across teams and organisation

  • Avid Thinker: You may need to think and act fast on critical situations, and choose between low and high priority tasks to provide best on-time resolution
  • Problem Solver: Being outspoken and coming up simple and weird solution to a complex problem, uncanny approach and thought process will help evolve strategies
