Qualifications

- Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test plan, Test Case documents for Linux based embedded systems.

- Good fundamentals on Networking concepts - L2/L3 Protocols, fixed and radio access - Ethernet, VLAN & TCP/IP.

- Experience in functional testing of networking products based on wired and wireless access technologies.

- Programming knowledge of C language's constructs - Data structures & Pointers.

- Writing test applications on Multi core architecure with Linux - Threads, Synchronization, Memory architectures.

- Experience in developing test scripts using languages like - Python, Tcl/Expect or Perl.

- Experience with traffic generators/analyzers - IXIA, wireshark/Ethereal.

- Exposure to DPDK or Linux user space applications would be a plus

- Minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in two or more of the areas mentioned above.

- Knowledge of release procedures and software defect tracking.
