Job Title: Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer
Experience: 3–8 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer with strong expertise in LTE, VoLTE, and 5G NR optimization. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring network KPIs, performing worst-cell analysis, parameter optimization, cluster acceptance, and improving overall network quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform LTE, VoLTE, and 5G NR network optimization activities.
Analyze daily network KPIs and identify performance degradation.
Conduct worst-cell analysis and recommend optimization actions.
Optimize Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, and Throughput KPIs.
Perform parameter tuning including:
Handover parameters
Neighbor optimization
PCI conflict resolution
CIO optimization
PRACH optimization
RET/Tilt optimization
Antenna parameter optimization
Analyze drive test logs and recommend network improvements.
Support cluster acceptance and post-launch optimization.
Perform feature verification and parameter audits.
Coordinate with planning, implementation, and field teams for issue resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and customer presentations.
Monitor network alarms and ensure timely corrective actions.
Ensure SLA and customer-defined KPI targets are achieved.
