Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, wireless technologies, and troubleshooting complex network environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
Configure and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability of network services.
Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity and performance issues.
Manage network security, VPNs, access controls, and firewall policies.
Implement network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
Work closely with system administrators, security teams, and application teams for infrastructure support.
Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and networking standards.
Participate in on-call support and handle critical incident management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or HP networking devices.
Experience in configuring and managing Firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.
Knowledge of VPN technologies including Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or ManageEngine.
Understanding of Wireless Networking technologies and controllers.
Familiarity with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
Experience with Data Center networking concepts.
Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies is preferred.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
