Job Role:-
- Working as Network Engg with the responsibility to manage and monitor network environment. Configuration of Routers &
- Switches with various network support models in the data center.
- Investigated and resolved hardware and software issues in LAN/WAN.
- Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Routers and switches.
- Maintaining clients in terms of call handling, case handling and emails and end to end follow-up on the cases, proper shift
- handovers with updates.Part of Network Team - which are responsible for remotely
- managing networks of remote Sites through the Network Operations Centre.
