Job Description
- Configuration of switch’s , routers, wifi.
- Wiring from Switch/ONU.
- Basic application level troubleshooting
- To handle Customers query or problem over phone
- Take ownership of all the calls coming into service desk eriodically updating calls/customer as required
- Provide timely resolution and effective documentation.
- Location : Taratals, Bracebridge
- Salary: 7,000.00 – 10,000.00 per month
