Job Description
We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and articulate News Anchor who can represent Viksit Bharat News on digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a strong journalistic background, and a deep understanding of current affairs.
Present daily news bulletins, live events, and special news segments on-camera.
Script and deliver news stories in a clear, engaging, and responsible manner.
Conduct interviews, debates, and panel discussions with experts and guests.
Collaborate with reporters, editors, and producers for accurate news delivery.
Research, verify, and fact-check news before presenting.
Handle live reporting, field assignments, and breaking news situations.
Stay up to date with national, state, and regional news trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Prior experience in news anchoring, digital reporting, or TV journalism (Freshers with strong skills can apply).

Excellent spoken and written Hindi and English. Odia language is a plus.

Strong on-camera presence, voice modulation, and confidence.

Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment with tight deadlines.

Familiarity with digital news trends, social media, and teleprompter usage.
