Full Job Description

• Supervising emergency departments like Casualty, Operation Theatre, ICU, Medical

· wards, Cath Lab etc.

· Making duty roasters and managing staff leaves without compromising the quality.

· Creating RMO duty schedules as well as Nursing and Other Staff duty schedules

· Training the staff to follow standard NABH guidelines. Performing daily rounds in every department and providing appropriate guidelines as needed.

· Auditing patient’s file on daily basis.

• Monitoring and preparing the reports department-wise.

• Supervising and cross-checking all the medical records.

• Resolving patients' complaints and queries.

• Taking daily updates from all departments like Nursing, MRD, Linen, Biomedical, BVG, and Security etc.
