Job summary:Handling inbound calls and needs to troubleshoot issues on pop up calls,anti virus issues,email issues,error message on the screen also handling issues on printer,router and other devices of MAC & WINDOWS.
Candidates needs to attend these kind of calls,troubleshoot them give a resolution and make a sale.
Perks:Salary credited on the 1st of the monthGood incentives monthly and spot.No stretching of shifts.6 days work1 roster off2 paid leaves every month 15 selected calender comp off.Hikes in salary after 9 months or maximum 1 yearGrowth is there based on your over all performance.
