National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) invites applications Consultant
Consultant (Administrative Fields) / Consultant (F&A)
Should have retired from the post of Accounts Officer / Finance Officer / Audit Officer in Level10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent from Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSU. OR from the level of Under Secretary or equivalent i.e. from the post in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC or equivalent from Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSU. OR from the level of Deputy Secretary or equivalent i.e. Level-12 of the Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC or equivalent from Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSU. a) Should have at least five years’ experience in handling Accounts/ Finance/ budget/ Audit/ Taxation matters (Income tax, GST, Customs, etc) not below Level10 of Pay Matrix under Seventh CPC/PB-3 with GP 5400. Must be conversant with GFR 2017, Public Financial Management System (PFMS), and other Central Government accounting procedures.
