Job Description

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the purely temporary positions in DBT Multi-institutional project entitled “Characterization of chickpea germplasm resource to accelerate genomics-assisted crop improvement” under mission programme of “Characterization of genetic resources” under the supervision of Dr. Subhra Chakraborty, Director, NIPGR.

1. Post Name: Field/Lab Attendant (One Post)

2. Emoluments based on daily wages rates of Govt. of NCT of Delhi or as per DST/DBT norms & as sanctioned in the project.

3. Qualification:

A minimum of 2 years of working in laboratory, research field and research greenhouse are required or candidates having Graduate Degree in any discipline are eligible to apply. Candidates who have experience in handling crop plants, field related and phenotyping work is desirable.
