We are looking for an experienced Microwave Transmission Engineer with around 5 years of experience in telecom transmission, microwave link planning, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, integrate, commission, and maintain Microwave transmission links.

• Perform MW link alignment, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Handle Microwave equipment from vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Ceragon, NEC, etc.

• Troubleshoot issues related to RF, transmission, synchronization, and link availability.

• Monitor and analyze Microwave KPIs, alarms, and performance parameters.

• Conduct LOS (Line of Sight) surveys, path profiling, and link budget calculations.

• Work on capacity upgrades, frequency changes, link optimization, and network expansion.

• Coordinate with NOC, field teams, vendors, and other technical teams for fault resolution.

• Prepare MW link reports, site documentation, acceptance reports, and MIS.

• Ensure network availability and meet SLA/KPI targets.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 years of Telecom Microwave/Transmission experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Microwave Link Installation & Commissioning

• Experience in MW troubleshooting and fault management

• Knowledge of LOS survey, path profile, link budget, RF parameters

• Experience with Microwave equipment/configuration

• Good understanding of Ethernet, SDH/PDH, VLAN, IP, and synchronization

• Experience with telecom NOC/field coordination and SLA management
