Non Executive Trainees recruitment in TALOJA COPPER PROJECT Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL)
1. Welder Trainee Grade-1 / 2 Posts (UR-1 ; OBC-1)
Qualification: 10th under 10+2 system or Equivalent + ITI (Welder) or equivalent (Full time).
2. Turner Trainee Grade-1/ UR-1
Qualification:10th under 10+2 system or Equivalent + ITI (Turner) or equivalent (Full time).
3. Fitter Trainee Grade-1 /5 Posts (UR-4; OBC-1)
Qualification:10th under 10+2 system or Equivalent + ITI (Fitter) or equivalent (Full time).
4. Electrician Trainee Grade-1 /UR-1
Qualification:10th under 10+2 system or Equivalent + ITI(Electrician) or equivalent (Full time) + having supervisory wireman license
5. Metallurgy/Mechanical Trainee Grade-2 / UR-2
Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production Engineering. Experience in Draughtsmanship preferred.
Age: 18- 28 yrs
Equivalent qualifications shall also be considered as per Government / UGC / AIU / AICTE guidelines
Training & Prospects
Trainee Grade 1 Training will be for a period of three years. Trainees would be paid consolidated stipend of Rs 8000/- per month during 1st year of training, Rs 8500/- per month during the second year and Rs 9000/- during 3rd year of training. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be placed in T1 grade (Rs 15920-3%-29050).
Trainee Grade 2 Training will be for a period of three years. Trainees would be paid consolidated stipend of Rs 9000/- per month during 1st year of training, Rs 9500/- per month during the second year and Rs 10000/- during 3rd year of training. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be placed in T3 grade (Rs 17380-3%-31810).
Selection Procedure: The selection procedure for post shall be Written Test followed by Trade Test of the shortlisted candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non‐ refundable application fees of Rs. 500/‐ only by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of “Hindustan Copper Limited” payable at State Bank of India, Panvel Branch .Name of the candidate and post should be written on the back side of the demand draft. The application fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future exam/ selection.
