Job Description
Job Summary:
Consultant- Talent Acquisition will manage diverse set of hiring needs for the business units, provide
right information and branding out the organization to the candidates, prioritize work, address the
needs and work towards stakeholder delight in acquiring the best fitment of talent in tune with the
needs of the organization. Role will evaluate profiles for role fitment, conduct prescreening and
collaborate with different hiring managers to understand specific business needs and will cultivate
seamless client and candidate relationship. Role will offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation
process through to its completion. Follow up with respective department managers and assist with the
candidate's transition process.
The TA consultant will attract talent from diverse background, organize the entire hiring lifecycle events
and drive quality assurance across all deliverables and ensure compliance to organization norms and
standards. Role will ensure right hiring mix as defined, will publish dashboards and relevant metrics and
attend regular hiring updates.

stakeholder connect.
Technical Skills:
ï· Talent Acquisition experience encompassing the entire gamut of recruiting with a significant
experience in hiring Non- IT & Volume based hiring Specially in US Mortgage, Commercial Hiring
& Residential Hiring
ï· Basic experience in workday or any other popular ATS
ï· Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
ï· Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing
techniques and skills
ï· Strong research and candidate lead generation skills
ï· Should have basic understanding of compensation structures and fitment as per job roles.
ï· Experience in achieving recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
ï· Strong sourcing strategies with an ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities
ï· Strong social media hiring skills
ï· Experience with HR analytics and metrics and an ability to use analytics to make better hiring
decisions.
ï· Stakeholder management experience
ï· Workday experience is an added advantage
Educational Qualification and Experience:
ï· Minimum of 15 years of formal education â Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
ï· Professional work experience of 4 to 6 years.
