Handling End to End Recruitment Having expertise in BPO,BFSI,RETAIL,TELECOM Hiring. Initial screening and shortlisting the candidates through telephone and check their technical and behavioral skills. Scheduling Interview for shortlisted candidates Follow up with clients and candidates regarding shortlisting, selecting and till joining formalities.7) Having experience in BIG4 hiring would be an added advantageÂ
