Job Description
• 24 – 30 months of sourcing recruitment experience into Non-IT skills (if candidate is extremely good we are ok to look at 12 – 23 months of recruitment experience as well)
• Good communication
• Should have experience Volume hiring
• Candidate needs to have F&A sourcing/domain knowledge
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Flexible to extend to meet daily targets
• There may be a requirement to work from 11.30am to 9.00pm as regular shift instead of day
• Should be able to generate leads talking by to candidates
• go getter personality
• Preferably Male candidates (Female candidates are consider if they are ready to work on shifts)
• Basic Excel skills.
