Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage and support the complete hiring and pre-boarding process for candidates. The role involves coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Support all pre-boarding administration for candidates who have accepted offers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Prepare and send employment offer letters, contracts, and offer packs in coordination with external service providers.

Update the HR system with new hire details and joining dates.

Manage the background verification process by coordinating with third-party vendors.

Collaborate with immigration partners to ensure new hires have valid work authorization; assist with work VISA sponsorships where required.

Communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate status, IT system access, and onboarding updates.

Distribute pre-start and day-1 welcome communications to candidates.

Coordinate induction schedules and new hire training programs, ensuring timely completion.

Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, addressing issues or delays in the hiring process.

Promote employee referral programs during pre-boarding and induction.
